Orders and Payment
When you place an order on hamiltonwilliams.com, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched.
Custom and Made-to-Order Work; Order Pickup Policy
Certain products offered by Hamilton Williams Gallery & Studio—including but not limited to made-to-order work, special orders, and any items produced on request—may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. Deposits compensate for the time, labor, and materials required to produce the requested work and are not refundable once production has started.
When an order requiring pickup is completed, customers will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Completed orders must be picked up and paid in full within 30 days of this notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If an order is not picked up within 30 days, Hamilton Williams Gallery & Studio may, at its discretion, charge reasonable storage fees or provide a written final pickup deadline. If the order remains unclaimed after the final deadline, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be canceled, all payments and deposits will be forfeited, and the items will become the property of Hamilton Williams Gallery & Studio to sell or dispose of at its discretion.
These terms apply to all made-to-order work, special orders, held items, and any order requiring pickup from the gallery.
Pricing and Availability
While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times provided on our website are estimates and subject to change. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery that are beyond our control.
