Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders placed on hamiltonwilliams.com are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and shipping destination.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada. Please note that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hamilton Williams Gallery & Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Shipping Issues
Hamilton Williams Gallery & Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
